                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHATTANOOGA CITY CODE,
                   PART II, SECTION 24-504 CONCERNING ONE-WAY
                   STREETS.

       	    	 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE That Chattanooga City Code, Part II, be 
and
       the same is hereby amended as provided herein:
       	    	 SECTION 1.  That Section 24-504 be amended by adding
       thereto the following:
       	    Twenty-fifth Street, eastwardly from the access drive to
                 Howard High School to Washington Street.
      
       	    Poss Drive, westernly from Washington Street to Baldwin
                 Street.
      
       	    Poss Drive, eastwardly from Read Avenue to Baldwin
                 Street.
      
       	    Read Avenue, northernly from East Twenty-fifth Street to
                 Poss Drive.
      
       	    Hardy Street, westernly and southernly from Roanoke
                 Street to Heaton Street.
      
       	    Heaton Street, southernly and eastwardly from Hardy
                 Street to Roanoke Street.
      
       	    Thirty-fourth Street Circle, northernly, eastwardly, and
                 southernly from driveway entrance north of
                 Thirty-fourth Street to Thirty-fourth Street.

       	    	 SECTION 2.  That this Ordinance shall take effect two
       (2) weeks from and after its passage as provided by law.
